I just updated the Flex Formatter plugin that i use in Flex Builder 3.
Wauw a lot of things has happened:
Auto Generate AsDoc tags for all functions (configurable)!
Rearrange Code according to a set of rules! So now you can 1-click rearrange code to have imports first, variable, functions etc.
This plugin really rocks and is a great help to the Flex-coding workflow.

As usual, thanks for your kind comments. I believe the ASDoc/Rearranging functions will be useful to some people. However, they are first cuts, so please report problems or suggestions to the forum. I did not expose any options for how to sort functions with the same name, for example. I'm sure there will be other issues as people try it.
